Writing used to be something reserved for journalists, English majors, and nerds, but the internet has lowered the barriers to entry. Today, every third person is some kind of writer.
However, a lot of these newly-interested creatives have a vision of the success they want to achieve, without any idea of the foundational skills and attitudes they need to build it on.
